We understand that pets are part of your family, and our community is designed to provide a comfortable and convenient home for both residents and their furry companions.
Pet Policy Overview
Dauphin Gate Apartments allows up to two (2) pets per apartment home, subject to management approval. All pets must complete a pet application prior to move-in and provide current vaccination records in accordance with local Mobile, Alabama regulations.
Pet Requirements
Maximum of two pets per apartment
Breed and weight guidelines may apply
Pets must be properly licensed and vaccinated
Pets must be leashed in all common areas
Residents are responsible for cleaning up after their pets
A non-refundable pet fee and/or monthly pet rent may apply. Please contact our leasing office for current pet fees and detailed requirements.
Responsible Pet Ownership
To maintain a welcoming environment for all residents, pet owners are responsible for ensuring their pets do not create disturbances or cause damage to the apartment home or community areas. Excessive noise or aggressive behavior may result in revocation of pet privileges.
